Detailed analysis of product requirements, product research and development. 

Design Consultation
Comprehensive communication throughout the design and development process. 

Sourcing
Sourcing of all materials inclusive of, fabric, hardware, yardage and any related product requirements. 

Fashion Illustration/Sketching
Detailed sketch of product according to client’s instructions and industry standards.
  

Traditional Pattern drafting
All necessary pattern pieces drafted to the client’s specifications to be used for cut & sew production.

Prototype
Preliminary model of the product, from which other forms are developed; testing the pattern and design, assembly of all pieces developed by Sonora School of Sewing & Apparel Construction, or by a Third Party, (Subcontractor) using in-house and/or sourced textiles and notions. Cut and sewn to test concepts, provide feedback on fit and function and evaluated for continued prototypes at the request of the client. 

Tech Pack
Detailed, digital blueprint of the final garment/product; containing technical specifications and design details. The Tech Pack includes detailed flat sketches of design(s), materials, trims, labels, measurement specs, size grading and colorways.

Cut & Sew Sample
Assembly of product using sourced fabric, notions and hardware according to the client’s initial specifications. Samples are the last sewn example using specified fabric prior to bulk production. 

Manufacturing 
Cost production proposals. 250 unit minimum.
